I take on a select few senior 1:1 clients each year.

1:1 coaching is typically an investment of $30,000 for 6 months.

 

Intensive coaching

My 1:1 coaching clients commit 90 minutes every two weeks for a minimum of six months, where we also use personality testing and 360 feedback to delve into their strengths and the areas of growth that will unlock their next level of success.

Individual approach

Yes, I use the tools and learnings outlined in The Unwritten Rules of Women’s Leadership, but this program is completely tailored to the individual’s needs.
